Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that exchanges/credit Notes are only available on a case-by-case basis. Our Exchange Policy is applicable under the circumstance that we have sent out a defective, grossly misinterpreted item or wrong item sent from our end.

  • Wrong item purchases by customers are not allowed for any exchange.
  • We do not entertain refunds at all.
  • In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a credit note will be provided.
  • Please note that all products & gift items are strictly non exchangeable, non refundable and non returnable.

Defected/ incorrect items sent from our end can be exchanged by contacting us within 5 working days upon receiving the items. Customer must contact us with clear evidence of defects or error (with proof of photography attached) accompanied by the order number and contact details. (Name. email,address and HP no.) -* If failed to provide all the necessary details, exchange will not be entertained.

  • Only upon the confirmation of a real defect or error, will an exchange be fulfilled.
  • Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
  • Special promotion and sales item are not applicable for any exchange or refund.

We will not be liable for any shipping cost incurred when an exchange is made. Additional shipping cost will to be bear by Buyer/Customers.

Specifically, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.For all returning parcel send back to us, Customer must use only Traceable / Registered return mail. Return shipping fee is non-refundable meaning postage fee for returning parcel must be bear by customer. Only mail with tracking number is acceptable for return /Normal mail is not acceptable as it has the tendency to get lost in transition and cannot guarantee that we will receive back the return parcel. Email us the tracking number after sending the return parcel. Should we find the returned item not defective as before mentioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer. The postage costs of envelopes will not be refunded.
**Caution: Minor flaws or slight color variations/difference will not be considered as defect items**

HOW TO RETURN (with tracking number)

Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Write the correct return address on the outside of your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
