How do I register?

Why should I become a registered user?

  1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Items ordered will be delivered to the shipping address you provided.
  2. You will receive special offers and updates on our latest arrival as well as special promotions coupons when you sign up as a registered user.

What kind of payments is accepted?

We accept the following forms of payment: POSB / UOB / OCBC bank transfers & Paypal.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Unfortunately we do not restock all of our items. But for some popular products, there will be back order available. You may also contact our customer service (iknowthatshop@gmail.com) to check for availability.

Can I cancel the order after ordering?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Unless the order status is still pending, you can contact us for cancelling.

How do I check the status of my order?

  1. You may view the status of your order by logging into your Ohthatshop account and clicking on Past Orders.
  2. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

    • Select ohthatshop.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    • To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to My Account to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  4. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

Do you accept international orders?

For international postage rate please email us at iknowthatshop@gmail.com for quotation. Please also note that for international buyer, we will not be liable for any customs, taxes involved.
